2. Shall I use a 7.4V battery to supply the power to control system and the servos which is connected to control system with a regulator?

No. The control system and the servos must be supplied by different batteries placed in different places for avoiding the mutual interferences by the current change to enhance reliability.

3. Where can we connect the battery to the servos?

Connect to the BATT socket of “servo out” on the adapter.
